Easy Blade Change   (Click to see step-by-step operation) Changing or reversing the blades on the Fish Safety knife is a simple operation. However, as with all sharps, please take extreme care when handling the blades. Remove Hook Cover (if installed) Remove screws to separate two halves Remove straight blade Replace or reverse hook blade (if installed) with finger on blunt area. Pull hook blade fully out Replace or reverse straight blade by handling blunt edge Snap halves firmly back together, ensuring no gaps. Replace & tighten screws. Replace Hook Cover (if hook blade is used)
