Knives that have internal open spaces breed bacteria and open blades cause contmination if they draw blood. The majority of knives have carbon steel blades which rust and are removeable. These may drop into the product or packaging.

Our range offers a choice of food contact approved, poly-propylene, Metal Detectable plastic Safety Knives with stainless steel blades ( F200M, P400M, F600M, B700M, B800M, P900M, P1000M, F2000M and the Bag Cutter).

"Fish" - Series F2000M

The Fish 2000M Safety Knife

The Fish 2000 is the latest addition to our Fish Safety Knife range.

Moulded in Metal Detectable Plastic with Stainless Steel Blades.

New Features Include:	Patented 'opposed exits' at the back of the blade
	Spring loaded retractable hook blade


To expose the hook blade, place your thumb on the lever at the side of the knife	Push the lever until it clicks into position and the hook blade is exposed

Once exposed, use the hook blade to cut the material needed	After usage, the hook blade will automatically retract back into the knife
