Knives that have internal open spaces breed bacteria and open blades cause contmination if they draw blood. The majority of knives have carbon steel blades which rust and are removeable. These may drop into the product or packaging.
Our range offers a choice of food contact approved, poly-propylene, Metal Detectable plastic Safety Knives with stainless steel blades ( F200M, P400M, F600M, B700M, B800M, P900M, P1000M, F2000M and the Bag Cutter).

Our range of Metal Detectable Pens have been specially designed to the high standard required for use within the food pharmaceutical industies.
The durable body is shatter proof, detectable and will be rejected by most metal detection systems.
Broken particles will be detected & rejected.
We have five different types of pen available.
Detectable body with a brass core insert for greater detectability
Ink Colours Available: Black, Blue, Red
Will continue to write for several days, even if the cap is left off!
